Assessments & Strengthening
We undertake Initial Seismic Assessments and Detailed Seismic Assessments to establish a building’s earthquake rating as a percentage of New Building Standard (%NBS). Where strengthening is required, we develop practical and economical solutions suited to the building, its use and the client’s budget.
We have assessed and repaired earthquake-damaged houses across Canterbury and Kaikoura. We can liaise with your builder and the Council to ensure the repairs are carried out in the best possible way.
